DCM Matches

The Department of Civilian Marksmanship (DCM), now the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP), was established in 1903 to familiarize folks with the service rifles of our military. Our DCM matches are three position (standing-kneeling or sitting-prone) service rifle competitions. M1 Garand 1903 Springfield AR15 etc. are standard service rifles but any safe center fire rifle can compete. Only service rifles (as determined by the match director) will receive awards or trophy’s. Our club has equipment to loan to new shooters and there is no charge to folks 18 and under. Ammunition needs and ranges for each match are different so contact the match director for information.
Safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection required.
